Improving Personal Health by Managing Stress
by Lu Liu

I believe that I can change my living habits by managing stress for my personal health.

I manage stress by keeping regular sleep times because it can improve my mood.

I manage stress by doing physical activity at least 30 minutes every day because it can help prevent heart disease.

I manage stress by drinking a cup of water after I wash in the morning because it can boost my immune function.

I manage stress by cleaning our apartment with my roommates.

I manage stress by talking with my friends about daily hassles because it can improve our mental health.

I manage stress by having face-time with my parents at least once a week because it can reduce my stress.

I believe that I can make improvements in my living habits by managing stress each day.

Summary
I believe I can improve personal health by
managing stress everyday!
How about YOU?
Are you managing your stress too?
