Improving Overall Health by Managing Stress
by Megan Mintz

I believe I can improve my overall health by managing stress everyday.

I manage stress by spending time outdoors because being outdoors improves my mood.

I manage stress by keeping my planner updated so I make time for school, work, and physical activity.

I manage stress by sitting outside to do homework because there is space to move around and take breaks while I’m working.

I manage stress by taking my dog to the park because it helps me release endorphins by being physically active.

I manage stress by going ice skating with my family because it increases my physical activity while having fun at the same time.

I manage stress by going on walks with my significant other because it helps me relax while getting physical activity.

I believe I can improve my overall health in my daily life by managing stress in different ways.

Summary
I believe I can improve my overall health by managing stress everyday.
How about YOU?
Have you managed stress too?
