I believe healthy behaviors and a positive attitude can change the way I manage stress.
I manage stress by using relaxation techniques like yoga which keeps my blood pressure low.
I manage stress by getting more sleep to reduce the effects of stress on my body.
I manage stress by reading which also enhances my memory.
I manage stress by talking through my problems with my brother.
I manage stress by spending time with my horse, Fancy.
I manage stress by doing positive activities with my family.
I believe I can take small steps to make improvements to better manage my stress.
