I believe I can manage stress by practicing positive stress relievers.

I can effectively manage stress by getting fresh air and a change of scenery to help clear my head to focus when approaching a problem.

I can effectively manage stress by being in a calming environment and do deep breathing exercises to relax and feel refreshed.

I can effectively manage stress my making a list to prioritize what needs to be completed and improve my productivity to feel accomplished.

I effectively manage stress by going for a hike to increase my heart rate which will aid in blood flow, and decrease tension in my muscles and release endorphins.

I will effectively manage stress by playing with my dog so I can take a break from my homework and increase dopamine.

I effectively manage stress by talking with friends who can give me advice.

I believe I can properly manage stress through healthy behaviors each and everyday.
