Healthy Activities to Manage Stress

I decide manage my stress by being active daily to release endorphins.

I manage stress by walking my dog because it is good exercise for both of us.

I manage stress by driving my Jeep with the top off and windows down to get fresh air.

I manage the stress of exams by boxing because I can relieve both stress and aggression.

I manage stress of being inside too long by kayaking with friends on the local lake.

I manage stress from schoolwork by taking walks with my friends.

I manage stress by baking with family so I can talk things over while having fun.

I decided to make improvements managing my stress levels by being more active everyday.

Summary
I manage stress by being active every day to release endorphins.
