Healthy Eating to Reduce Stress In College
by Joel Fickes

I believe than I can manage my stress by routinely eating healthy meals throughout the school week.

I manage stress each morning by starting off with a healthy but simple meal.

I manage stress at college by prepping meals during a busy week.

I manage stress by avoiding junky and fattening foods.

I manage stress by hanging out with friends that also have healthy eating habits.

I manage stress by getting new meal ideas from my girlfriend.

I manage stress by talking to friends as the gym about the type of foods they eat throughout the week.

I believe that I can effectively manage my stress by having consistent healthy eating routines every semester.

Summary
I have managed my stress by eating healthy meals!
How about you?
Have you managed your stress too?
