Exercising to Manage Stress
by Brett Hershner

I believe that I can manage my stress by exercising on a consistent basis.

I manage stress by working out because it keeps my attitude positive.

I manage stress by working out after I complete my school work.

I manage stress by making sure I stretch to help clear my mind and relax my body.

I manage stress by setting goals to meet friends at the gym so we can push ourselves.

I manage stress by exercising with friends when our schoolwork can get overwhelming.

I manage stress by setting goals with my friends to meet at the gym at least three times a week.

I believe that I can manage my stress by staying discipline and making sure I go to the gym when school can get overwhelming.

Summary
I have made the decision to exercise when I am feeling stressed out.
How about YOU?
Will you manage stress too?
