Effective Stress Management
by Carly Wheeler

I believe that I can manage stress by doing a variety of activities that I enjoy and that relax my mind and body.

I manage stress by choosing to eat healthy snacks because I know that healthy snacks will keep me focused when I need to deal with stressful situations.

I manage stress by taking an hour at the end of a stressful day to watch a funny television show because I know that it improves my mood when I need to deal with multiple stressors.

I manage stress by journaling at the end of each week, because I believe that journaling releases a lot of tension that builds up from stressful situations throughout the week.

I manage stress by hanging out and unwinding with my friends outside in order to get fresh air.

I manage stress of balancing work by hanging out and attending sporting events with my family.

I manage stress of studying for exams by taking time to go on bike rides with my dad.

I believe that I can make consistent improvements in my daily health by managing stress throughout the day.

Summary
I manage stress through healthy life choices!
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
