Deciding to Provide Healthy Foods
by Grace Morand and Hayley Cartwright

I decide that I can influence my child’s eating habits by giving her healthy options.

I decide to feed my child fruits and vegetables to improve her health.

I decide to feed my child proper portions to maintain a healthy weight.

I decide to limit my child’s sugar intake because too much can lead to childhood obesity.

I decide to talk to my child’s teacher about healthy snacks in the classroom.

I decide to talk to my family about setting a nutritious example for my child.

I decide to make healthy meals for my child and her friends.

I believe that I can influence my child’s eating habits by deciding to provide healthy options.

Summary
I have made the decision to provide my child healthy foods!
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
