Decisions to Eat Healthy at Work
by Jasneet Dhillon and Nichole Stitzel

I’ve decided that I can eat healthy while working, because I want to live a healthier lifestyle.

I’ve decided I can make better food choices at work, because it will improve my overall health.

I’ve decided I can take time out of my day to meal prep because it will help me stay on a healthy diet.

I’ve decided I can choose water over sugary beverages.

I’ve decided I can encourage my coworkers to eat healthier with me.

I’ve decided I can get a smoothie with my coworkers on break.

I’ve decided I can go have lunch with my friends on break instead of skipping a meal.

I believe I can improve my overall health by deciding to eat healthier at work.

Summary
I have decided I can eat healthy while working.
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
