Choosing to Manage Stress Through Meditation
by Meredith Fisher & Megan Mintz

I believe I can manage my stress by choosing to meditate outdoors and increase my quiet time.

I choose to meditate because I know that it supports my overall body health through improved circulation.

I choose to have personal “me time” because I know that it helps my emotional well-being.

I choose to take walks with my family instead of staying inside watching T.V.

I choose to spend time in nature because I know it supports balance in my life.

I choose to go to yoga with my friends to relax with others.

I choose to hike with my best friend so we can both experience nature and clear our minds.

I believe I can make improvements in my stress management by choosing to practice these disciplines on a weekly basis.

Summary
I choose to manage my stress through meditation, spending time in nature, and setting aside quiet time for myself.
How about YOU?
Have you chosen too?
