Communicating A Healthy Life of Diet and Exercise
by Tyler Himes

I believe I can communicate a healthy lifestyle by making daily healthy decisions in diet and exercise.

I communicate health by drinking water instead of sugary beverages.

I communicate health by preparing my meals when I have to eat on the run.

I communicate health by exercising on a consistent weekly basis.

I communicate health by explaining how unhealthy sugary desserts are.

I communicate health by setting days to workout with my friends.

I communicate health by showing my family that I won’t eat desserts after dinner.

I believe that I can communicate health effectively by eating nutrient dense foods and exercising consistently.

Summary
I’m communicating a healthy lifestyle with proper diet and exercise.
How about YOU?
Will you communicate a healthy lifestyle too?
