The Importance of Choosing Sunscreen
By Nicole Willsey

I believe that I can protect my skin by choosing to apply sunscreen whenever I am outside.

I choose to put on sunscreen because I am aware that the sun is damaging to my skin.

I choose to apply sunscreen because I want to avoid wrinkles and other visible skin damage.

I choose to wear sunblock and other forms of sun protection because I do not want to die of skin cancer.

I choose to apply sunscreen with my family members to ensure that we are all protected when spending time outdoors.

I choose to reapply sunscreen every 2 hours with my best friend to avoid getting a sunburn.

I choose to sit in the shade with my friends when the weather gets too hot.

I believe that choosing to invest in sunscreen and other forms of sun protection is an easy step I can do to improve my health.

Summary
I choose to wear sunscreen to improve my health.
How about you?
Did you choose to wear it too?
