Staying Fit In College
By McKenzie Ballard

I believe that I can stay fit in college by setting goals to improve fitness.

I set a goal to lift weights at least three times a week because gaining muscle improves fitness.

I set a goal to sign up for yoga at the recreation center because yoga improves flexibility and balance.

I set a goal to walk to class every day because walking increases heart rate and has long term benefits.

I set a goal to keep track of my progress in a journal and share it with my friends so that I stay motivated.

I set a goal to take the stairs with my roommates to and from our apartment instead of taking the elevator.

I set a goal to eat healthy meals with my friends and roommates so that I can enjoy myself and enforce healthy habits.

I believe that I can make improvements to my health by setting goals each day.

Summary
I’ve set a goal to stay fit in college. How about you? Have you set a goal too?
