Setting Physical Activity Goals to Improve Healthy Aging

I believe that I can increase my physical activity to set a goal of 150 minutes of moderate-intensity aerobic activity every week.
I set a goal to attend one aerobic activity class because physical activity improves mood.
I set a goal to attend one aerobic activity class because physical activity improves mood.
I set a goal to lift weights once per week because it can improve my ability to do daily activities.
I set a goal to stretch before and after physical activity in order to prevent joint strains.
I set a goal to encourage physical activity with my friends instead of seated activities which are more sedentary.
I set a goal to involve my spouse in physical activity to improve our health and relationship.
I set a goal to teach my friends moves that I have learned in a group fitness class so that they can benefit from the activity too.
I believe that I can engage in physical activity by setting goals each day.
