Move Every Day
By Jade Raisor

I believe I can increase my overall health and well-being by setting goals to increase physical activity every day.

I set a goal to play outside with my friends
everyday after school.

I set a goal to play outside with my parents on Tuesday and Thursday after dinner.

I set a goal to watch less TV and to play
outside more on the weekends.

I set a goal to play soccer with friends during recess at school.

I set a goal with my brother to play baseball
outside on Sundays.

I set a goal to join a recreation baseball team during the summer.

I believe I can improve my physical activity
by setting goals to walk the dog every morning.
