Lean Proteins Are A Delicious Decision!
By Madison Yarusi

I believe that I can change my eating habits by deciding to eat certain types of protein.

I decide to only eat 2 to 3 ounces of lean protein, which is the size of the palm of my hand.

I decide to eat eggs and drink a glass of milk for breakfast to improve my energy throughout the day.

I decide to eat my last meal before 8 p.m. so that my body will have time to digest the food before bed.

My friends and I decide to eat white meat without the skin because it is lean and has less fat than dark meat.

I decide to eat broccoli or spinach instead of French fries as a side dish when I eat with my friends.

My mom and I decide to cook lean meat for dinner so we can control the way the meat is prepared.

I believe that I can make improvements in my eating patterns by regulating the amount of protein I eat each day.

Summary
I have made the decision to eat lean proteins!
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
