I Set Goals to Eat Healthy Meals
By Chastity Blair

I believe that I can set a goal to incorporate a more balanced diet of macronutrients in my life.

I will set a goal to eat a palm sized portion of protein in each meal in order to have a healthier waist line.

I will set a goal to eat starchy carbohydrates with each meal to give me energy for the day.

I will set a goal to eat healthy fats 3 meals a day to improve my cholesterol levels.

I will set a goal to use a food log journal to keep a record of my daily meals.

I will set a goal to print a weekly meal planner and grocery list to eat healthier meals.

I will set a goal to share my healthy meal plan with my friends and family.

I believe that I can set a goal to teach my children to eat the proper amount of macronutrients to improve their health.
