I Decide I Can Workout as a College Female
By Brooke Bogdan

I believe I can decide to workout 3 to 5 days a week because I have the access to the Recreation Center.

I decide to workout because I know it is good for my overall health.

I decide to workout because it will help me live a longer life.

I decide to workout because seeing results will keep me motivated.

I decide to workout with my roommates.

I decide to workout because I can go to the gym with my Mom.

I decide to workout because I can take my dog on a run.

I believe I can decide to workout because it will make me healthier and happier.

Summary
I believe I can decide to workout to stay healthy, fit, and in shape.

Working out and seeing results will help me stay motivated.

My friends and family will help me stay on track with working out.

Staying physically active will benefit my overall physical and mental health.

I’ve made the decision. Have you?
