Healthy Choices for A Great Smile
By Abigail Engels

I believe I can decide to brush my teeth at least twice a day.

I decide to floss my teeth every day to clean between my teeth.

I decide to brush my gums for healthy gums.

I decide to avoid eating foods high in sugar to prevent cavities in my teeth.

I decide to encourage my friends to practice healthy oral habits.

I decide to tell my friends about my trip to the dentist.

I decide to chew sugar-free gum with my brothers because it is better for our teeth.

I believe I can decide to use mouthwash in between brushing to keep my mouth fresh.

Summary
I have decided to make healthy choices for a great smile.
How about you?
Have you made a decision too?
