Deciding To Eat Healthy Fats

I believe I can improve my heart health by deciding to eat fatty fish like salmon once a week.
I decide to eat healthy fats because I know that healthy fats support my heart when I am active.
I decide to eat foods with healthy fats like walnuts because I know that the fat from nuts support my brain function and mood every day.
I decide to eat healthy fats like fish oil because I know that the fat from the oil support my eyes and skin health.
I decide to cook with healthy fats like olive oil when I prepare meals with my family and friends.
When I eat at a restaurant with friends I decide to order food that is made with or includes healthy fats like canola oil.
I decide to teach my family how we can use healthy fats like grape seed oil as a salad dressing at meal time.
I believe I can decide to eat healthy fats like an avocado or nuts as a snack for my health.
Summary
