Deciding Healthy Food Choices Throughout The Day
by Sydney Neal

I believe I can change my eating habits by deciding to eat healthier foods.

I decide to eat 1 cup of yogurt each day because yogurt promotes healthy bones.

I decide to eat 1 ounce of almonds each day because almonds can reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease.

I decide to drink 8 glasses of water each day because water protects my joints and cartilage.

I decide to eat breakfast with my family every morning instead of missing my morning meal.

I decide to get a smoothie with friends in between class instead of snacking on chips.

I decide to give up chocolate for Lent with my best friend because chocolate is high in sugar.

I believe that I can improve my overall health by deciding to eat healthy foods each day.

Summary
I’ve decided to eat healthy food choices throughout the day.
How about you?
Have you decided too?
