Let’s Get Physical: Healthy Exercise Habits
by Molly Gallagher and Nina Brown

I decide to exercise three times a week for one hour.
I decide to exercise with friends to remain motivated.
I decide to go on hikes when there is good weather.
I decide to swim in the summer.
I decide to go on a walk everyday.
I decide to learn how to play a new sport.
I decide to join an intramural sport team with friends every semester.
I decide to learn how to use the workout machines at the gym.
I decide to take the stairs instead of the elevator when I have the option.
I decide to walk while on campus instead of taking the bus or a car.
