I manage stress when I go to bed early every night.
I manage stress when I have at least one hour of quiet time everyday.
I manage stress when I wake up early.
I manage stress when I take a 10 minute break from studying every 2 hours.
I manage stress when I take a nap if I am tired.
I manage stress when I sleep at least eight hours every night.
I manage stress by taking a nap for 15 minutes after an hour in the sun.
I manage stress when I sleep in a quiet room.
I manage stress when I sleep in a dark room.
I manage stress when I take a nap for 20 minutes.
