I set a goal to eat at home on weeknights to save money and be healthier.
I set a goal to eat at least three portions of dairy each day.
I set a goal to double the recipe when I cook and then save half.
I set a goal to use olive oil instead of vegetable oil or canola oil.
I set a goal to take a multivitamin every day.
I set a goal to drink 7 cups of water a day.
I set a goal to eat fruits and vegetables everyday.
I set a goal to eat breakfast every morning.
I set a goal to eat at the most one dessert each day.
I set a goal to not eat after 10 at night.
