What’s For Lunch?
¿Cuál está para el almuerzo?

I decide to eat a healthy lunch everyday.
Me he decidido a comer un almuerzo saludable todos los días.

I decide to take my time eating lunch with all of my friends and to eat slowly.
Decido tomar mi tiempo para comer el almuerzo con todos mis amigos y comer lentamente.

My goal is to eat at least 1 fruit, 1 vegetable, and a 1 sandwich during lunchtime.
Mi objetivo es comer al menos 1 fruta, 1 vegetal, y un sándwich 1 durante el almuerzo.

When I do not know what the food tastes like, I will resolve the conflict by trying the new food to see if I like it or not.
Cuando no sé qué comida sabe igual, voy a resolver el conflicto por probar el nuevo alimento para ver si me gusta.

If I don’t have time to pack a lunch, I will resolve the conflict by choosing a healthy lunch option in the school cafeteria such as 1 salad and 1 apple.

I will communicate with my parents what healthy foods I want from the grocery store.

When I want to have foods that have to be cut with a sharp knife, I will communicate with an adult to cut the foods for me. Cuando quiero tener los alimentos que hay que cortar con un cuchillo afilado con las manos, me comunicaré con un adulto que corte los alimentos para mí.

I will communicate with my friends what foods are healthy for me so they can start eating healthy with me too!
