Performance Indicators:
5.2.1 Identify situations where health-related decision is needed.
5.2.2 Differentiate between situations when a health-related decision can be made individually or when assistance is needed.

Grade 3-5:
5.5.1 Identify health-related decisions that might be require a thoughtful decision.
5.5.3. List healthy options to health-related issues or problems.

Standard 6: Students will demonstrate the ability to use goal-setting skills to enhance health.
6.2.1 Identify a short-term personal health goal and take action towards achieving the goal.
6.5.1. Set a personal health goal and track progress toward achievement.

I set a goal to have 3 healthy meals.
Puse una meta para tener 3 comidas saludables.

I communicate to my mom I would like to eat a banana for breakfast.
Me comunico con mi madre que me gustaría un platano para el desayuno.

My tummy no longer feels stressed or hungry when I have carrots with my lunch.
Mi estómago ya no se siente estresado o hambre cuando tengo zanahorias con mi almuerzo.

I solve the problem of feeling hungry by eating 1 apple for my snack.
Resuelvo el problema de la sensación de hambre por comer 1 manzana para mi merienda.

I communicate with my father I would like to have broccoli with my dinner.
Voy a comunicarme con mi padre que quisiera tener brócoli con mi cena.

I decide to eat strawberries for dessert.
Decido comer fresas para el postre.

I reached my goal of eating healthy today!
Llegué a mi meta de hoy comiendo sano!
