Teeth to Treasure! Dents à Trésor!
By Elizabeth Schosker

I make decisions to keep my teeth healthy.

I decide to brush my teeth two times a day.

I decide to brush the fronts, backs, tops, and bottoms of my teeth.

I decide to brush the top of my tongue, too.

I decide to make a goal to floss my teeth once a day.

I decide to not eat candy when I am stressed.

I decide to eat an apple instead of candy.

I decide not to get upset when my parents tell me it’s time to go to the dentist.

I decide to ask my parents for my favorite colored toothbrush.

I decide to ask my parents for different flavored toothpaste, too.

I treasure my teeth so I make healthy decisions everyday!
