Sleepy Time!
by Jen Holfinger

My parents tell me that getting into a bedtime routine is good for my body and brain.

So, I set a goal to get into a good bedtime routine for my health.

I decide what order I want my routine to be in and then I write it down to remember.

My family helps me decide what should be in my bedtime routine and in what order my routine should be.

Now I decide to put my bedtime routine into action!

First, I go to the bathroom and brush my teeth.

Second, I wash my face and ask my parents to brush my hair.

Third, I put on my pajamas and ask my parents to read me a bedtime story to help me relax.

Lastly, I ask my parents to tuck me in and turn off the light.

My sleep routine helps me sleep well and feel rested for the next day! Sleep is important for my health.

The End!
El Fin!
