Malusog na Kaugalian sa Pagtulog

I decide to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
Nagpasiya akong matulog ng walong oras tuwing gabi.
To manage stress, I will take a 30 minute nap.
Para pamahalaan ang problema, ako ay iidlip ng kalahating oras.
If I have a headache, I will communicate to my mom or dad that I want to take a nap.
Kapag masakit ang aking ulo, sasabihin ko sa aking ina o ama na gusto kong umidlip.
If I am getting cranky, I decide to take a nap so that I manage the conflict with my mom or dad.
Kapag ako ay nagiging masungit, magpapasiya akong umidlip upang pamahalaan ang gusot sa aking magulang.
If I cannot fall asleep, I will make the decision to exercise for 15 minutes, doing jumping jacks and jogging in place to help me get tired.
Kapag ako ay hindi makatulog, ako ay magpapasiyang mag-ehersisyo ng labing-limang minuto, tumatalong jacks at tatakbo sa lugar para ako ay mapagod.
I will set a goal to sleep on a bed so that I get a restful sleep.
