<text>Healthy Sleeping Habits
Malusog na Kaugalian sa Pagtulog
By Alyce Sucaldito

I decide to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
Nagpasiya akong matulog ng walong oras tuwing gabi.

To manage stress, I will take a 30 minute nap.

If I have a headache, I will communicate to my mom or dad that I want to take a nap.

If I am getting cranky, I decide to take a nap so that I manage the conflict with my mom or dad.

If I cannot fall asleep, I will make the decision to exercise for 15 minutes, doing jumping jacks and jogging in place to help me get tired.

I will set a goal to sleep on a bed so that I get a restful sleep.

If I cannot fall asleep, I will decide to drink a glass of milk to help me fall asleep.

I can also decide to drink a cup of water to help me fall asleep.

If I make a goal to do all of these things, I will be happy and healthy!
