Feeling and Emotions
Feelings, also called emotions, are the different ways we feel during our day. There are many feelings and we all feel them for many different reasons!
HAPPY
I feel happy when my dog wants to play with me. When do you feel happy?
EXCITED
I feel excited when it is time for me to open birthday presents! When do you feel excited?
NERVOUS
I feel nervous when I have to go to the doctor's office. When do you feel nervous?
SAD
I feel sad when it rains and I can not play outside. When do you feel sad?
SYMPATHETIC
I feel sympathetic when my friends get hurt because I have been hurt before. When do you feel sympathetic?
RELAXED
I feel relaxed when I have no homework on the weekend. When do you feel relaxed?
EMBARRASSED
I feel embarrassed when I fall down. When do you feel embarrassed?
GROUCHY
I feel grouchy when I can not sleep. When do you feel grouchy?
LOVING
