Goals for Preventing the Spread of Germs
by Jillian Bothwell

I believe I can stop spreading germs to others by setting goals for hygienic habits.

I set a goal of coughing into my elbow, not my hand because I know it will prevent the spread of my germs.

I set a goal to clean my area at school, because I believe it will help to prevent spreading my germs to friends.

I set a goal to wash my hands with soap and warm water by using 7 healthy steps.

I set a goal of washing my hands after playing with my pet.

I set a goal of washing my hands after playing outside with friends to reduce germs.

I set a goal of not going to school if I’m sick to prevent spreading my germs to friends.

I believe I can set goals for healthier habits to keep myself and others around me healthy.

Summary
I set a goal to not spread germs.
How about you?
Did you set a goal too?
