Deciding to Stay Healthy While In College
by Brianna Nixon & Grace Irwin

I decide to start my day off well by eating a nutritious breakfast.

I decide to carry healthy snacks in my backpack to eat between classes.

I decide to carry a reusable water bottle in my bag in order to drink water.

I decide to prepare meals on the weekend to eat during the week.

I decide to look at nutritional values on food products.

I decide to cook more meals in my apartment instead of going out to eat.

I decide to eat less fried foods and foods containing refined sugars.

I decide to shop at stores that offer fresh produce, meats, and organic options.

I decide to limit the amount of preservatives and artificial flavors I consume.
