How Do We Prevent Ourselves from Getting Sick?

Translated into American Sign Language

Remember to always wash your hands with soap and water.
Keep your mouth germ free.
Do not share your drink with others.
Cover your cough in your elbow, not your with your hand.
Use tissues while sneezing or blowing your nose.
If you scrape your knee from falling, make sure to cover the scrape with a Band-Aide.
Bathe regularly.
Take a bath or shower every day to keep your body clean.
Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day or after every meal.
Get a Flu shot.
This shot in your arm will prevent you from getting sick.
Exercise regularly from your head to your feet.
Get some shut-eye.
Make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
