If you scrape your knee from falling, make sure to cover the scrape with a Band-Aide. Bathe regularly.  Take a bath or shower every day to keep your body clean. Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day or after every meal. Get a Flu shot. This shot in your arm will prevent you from getting sick. Exercise regularly from your head to your feet.
