Bathe regularly. &#13;
Take a bath or shower every day to keep your body clean. &#13;
Brush your teeth at least 2 times a day or after every meal.&#13;
Get a Flu shot. &#13;
This shot in your arm will prevent you from getting sick. &#13;
Exercise regularly from your head to your feet. &#13;
Get some shut-eye. &#13;
Make sure to get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.&#13;
