I decide to eat breakfast every morning so that I have energy to start off my day.

I decide to brush my teeth at least twice a day to promote good oral hygiene.

I decide to exercise as often as possible because it benefits both my mind and body.

I decide to call my Mom everyday so that our relationship continues to stay strong.
