I decide to eat breakfast every morning so that I have energy to start off my day.
Breakfast: Desayuno
Energy: Energia

I decide to brush my teeth at least twice a day to promote good oral hygiene.
Teeth: Dientes
Promote: Promover

I decide to exercise as often as possible because it benefits both my mind and body.
Exercise: Ejercer

I decide to call my Mom everyday so that our relationship continues to stay strong.

I decide to plan out my week to prevent unnecessary stress.

I decide to spend time reading to help me escape the stress of daily life.

I decide to set positive goals so I have something to reach for.
