My Healthy Eating Goals
By Chris Sprague

I set a goal to eat a well-rounded breakfast each morning before school.

I set a goal to consume 3 glasses of milk a day to make my bones strong.

I set a goal to eat whole grain bread on my sandwich to give me fiber to lower my cholesterol.

I set a goal each day to eat adequate amounts of protein to help build my muscles.

I set a goal to eat fruits so that I get my Vitamin C and do not get sick.

I set a goal to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day to keep my body and mind from dehydration.

I set a goal to eat broccoli at dinner to give me Vitamin A to support my vision and skin.

I set a goal to eat low amounts of salt in my foods to keep my blood pressure low.
