I decide to touch my toes this morning after getting out of bed to increase my physical activity and stay fit.

I decide to take my dog for a walk before school to increase my physical activity and stay fit.

I decide to ride my bike to school with my neighbor to increase my physical activity and stay fit.

I decide to play a card game with my friends at school to increase my daily playtime.

I decide to play tag at recess with my classmates to increase my physical activity and stay fit.

I decide to go to the park with my brother to run and play to increase my physical activity and stay fit.

I decide to help my mom carry groceries in from the car to increase my physical activity and stay fit.

I decide to go for a walk after dinner with my Grandpa to increase my physical activity and stay fit.

I decide to play a video game with my Grandpa to increase my daily playtime.

I decide to touch my toes before going to bed to increase my physical activity and stay fit.
