I Express my Feelings Everyday!
By Erin Bourne and Caroline Kadon

I wake up feeling refreshed (обновилась) and
excited for the day.

I feel terrific (потрясающий) after eating a
healthy breakfast.

I am eager (стремятся) to wait for the bus or
ride in my car to school.

I feel happy (счастливы) when I am welcomed
by my teacher.

I feel relaxed (расслабленной) and comfortable
(удобный) in my classroom.

I feel impatient (нетерпеливый) before lunch.

I feel charged-up (заряженных до) after my
satisfying lunch.

I am active (Активные) during recess.

I feel energized (под напряжением) after
running around the playground.

I am engaged (занимается) when learning throughout the rest of the day.

I am hopeful (надежды) that I will have a good
soccer game.

I am grateful (признателен) to be able to spend
time with my family every night.

I am exhausted (исчерпанный) from my busy day,
and I am ready for bed.
