In the winter, I build big snowmen with my hands with my sibling.
I make snow angels using my arms and legs.
I put ice skates on my feet and use my legs to ice skate on the ice.
I help my neighbors shovel their driveways with my arms.
I use my hands to cook a healthy dinner with my Mom.
I use my arms and legs to go skiing.
I use my legs to jump on my sled and slide down the hill.
I use my hands to make snowflakes and Christmas cards with my friends.
I open my mouth and use my voice to sing Christmas carols and use my legs to walk through the neighborhood.
I use my hands to write a Wish List to Santa Claus.
I use my arms and hands to have a snowball fight with my friends.
Review of Physical Activity and Relationships
Physical activity helps maintain one’s overall health and well being.
Playing, engaging, and interacting with other people helps to build relationships.
Both physical and social opportunities help enhance and maintain a healthy
lifestyle.
