Realistic and authentic photographs of active people model how to practice cognitive-motor skills leading to healthy behaviors and a higher quality of life. Bilingual story lines encourage people of all cultural backgrounds to interact and speak with others to promote healthy living in a variety of situations and environments. Electronic Texts for Health Literacy© demonstrate and promote the ongoing development of oral language, written language, and body language integration through Habits of Health and Habits of Mind (Ubbes, 2008).</text>

I believe I can change my eating habits by setting goals to eat more fruits and vegetables in my diet.

I set a goal to eat a vegetable at every meal because I know they give me more energy.

I set a goal to purchase more vegetables at the grocery store because I know that I can focus better when I eat vegetables.

I set a goal to drink 8 glasses of water a day because I know that being hydrated is important to staying focused and energized.

I set a goal to get a vegetable instead of fries when I go out to lunch with my friends because I know that eating healthy will keep my skin and bones healthy.

I set a goal to talk with my friends about eating more fruits and vegetables because I know that eating healthy can improve my energy.

I set a goal to talk with my Mom to eat healthy meals on the weekends because meals help us feel better and improve our overall health.

I believe I can make improvements in my eating habits by setting goals everyday.

Summary
I have made the decision to eat more fruits and vegetables!
How about YOU?
Have you decided too?
