Deciding to Sleep Soundly by Davan Groom and Ashley Sivillo I believe I can go to sleep at my bedtime more often by deciding to do so. I decide to go to sleep on time because sleep is beneficial for my health and well-being at my age. I decide to put away my toys 1 hour before bed, so that I can crawl into bed at the proper time. I decide to schedule playtime before bedtime, so I have enough time to prepare for bed. I decide to play with my friends early in the day instead of letting friends interfere with sleep. I decide to talk to my parents about my sleep, so they can support my goals. I decide to encourage my friends to schedule their bedtimes similar to mine, so we do not distract each other. I believe I can have better sleep schedules by deciding to do so. Summary I have made the decision to take control of my sleep schedule! How about YOU? Have you decided too?
