I believe I can manage stress by doing a variety of positive things to cope with it.

I manage my stress by getting enough sleep so I feel refreshed to begin a new day.

I manage stress by drinking water to increase my heart rate and stay hydrated.

I manage my stress by eating an apple everyday to boost my immune system.

I manage stress by walking my dog so I am able to spend time with my loving animal.

I manage my stress by keeping my phone aside while I am socializing with friends.

I manage stress by going on runs in the sunshine with my family.

I manage stress by cleaning my room so I can function in an organized environment.

Summary
I have created habits to manage stress in a positive way.
